Country artist to perform Saturday
Saddle bronc rider turned singer-songwriter Chancey Williams, will perform at Bumperz Entertainment in Pueblo West at 8 p.m. Saturday.
Williams will be joined by special guest Cody Cozzolino, an up-and-coming Pueblo country artist.
The rising neo-traditional country musicmaker Williams and the Younger Brothers Band will perform songs off Williams’ new album, “3rd Street,” which debuted in the iTunes Country Albums Chart top five back in May. That record features the Rocky Mountain CMA Song of the Year, “Wyoming Wind,” and Rocky Mountain CMA Musician of the Year, fiddle player Brooke Latka.
Williams is slated to join Toby Keith’s upcoming “Country Comes to Town.”
“We are super excited to play these shows,” said Williams. “I have been a fan of Toby’s throughout my career: he’s the definition of a superstar.”
