Accompanying the release is an official music video featuring four-time World Champion barrel racer Hailey Kinsel, creating a visual celebration of the cowboy and rodeo lifestyle that has defined Williams’ life long before he stepped onto a stage.

Written by Andy Austin, Dan Alley, Timothy Baker, and Brice Long (who also produced the track), “Saddle Up” transforms classic Western imagery into a clever country heartbreak story. Driven by a hook that compares a free-spirited woman to a cowboy always headed for the next horizon, the song captures the realization that some people simply aren’t built to stay in one place – or one relationship – for long. Blending traditional country storytelling with the restless spirit of the American West, Williams delivers a song that’s equal parts love story, warning, and goodbye.
For Williams, a former professional saddle bronc athlete and Wyoming native, the song isn’t simply inspired by the cowboy/cowgirl lifestyle – it comes directly from it.
“Growing up in the cowboy world, I’ve always loved how Western imagery can tell bigger stories about life and relationships,” said Williams. “’Saddle Up’ is really about someone who can’t be tied down.
